The use of our School ERP software and other services are provided to be operated easily in the simplified manner with the 'easy to understand and use' interface. However, if you are not able to understand or operate any feature of the ERP software or if you're not satisfied with the service, please visit our website www.edubits.in and raise an issue by sending an email to the provided email address along with your client code. We will ensure to speed up the process of resolving the issue at the earliest.

Refund Policy

Since we provide training to use our School ERP Software as per the convenience of our valued customers, explain its features, operations and output produced, there is a little chance of you remaining being unsatisfied. However, still if you feel that the our School ERP Software does not meet your requirements and you need to cancel its subscription, you can request for a refund within 7 days of its initial subscription subject to the deduction of Initial Setup, Administrative and training charges. After 7 days no request for cancellation of subscription or any refund shall be entertained.

Deduction of charges

Before processing your request for any refund, we reserve the right to make our best effort to resolve the difficulty faced by you in using our School ERP software. In case, you still want to cancel the subscription, a cancellation fee of 25% of the annual subscription amount and a training and setup fee of Rs. 10000 would be applicable.

Hence, all refunds will be subjected to a minimum of the above-said 25% cancellation fee. Under any circumstance, EduBits shall be liable to refund only upto 75% of the subscription fees paid by the client.

Factors Outside our Control

We cannot guarantee the availability of School Genie online Service due to the reasons which are beyond our control. For instance, non-availability of Internet, due to government procedures or policies, slow Internet connectivity at your end which may lead to slow execution of School Genie service pages. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund.

Force Majeure

EduBits shall not be considered in breach of its Refund policy or Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service and shall not be liable to the Client for any interruption, cessation, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, storm, hurricane, drought, landslide, typhoon, tornado, cyclone, natural disaster, epidemic, act of God or the public enemy, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, explosion, change in law, war, terrorism, armed conflict, lockout, labor strike, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

All matters are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only
